Greetings Neighbors,
Thank you for attending our HOA meeting on August 25th. We had a great turnout and heard from local elected leaders and developers on the Amalfi project at the NW corner of 23rd Street and A1A. After counting the ballots we can report that 88% of the members voted against the current design of Amalfi.
The overwhelming objection is to the height on the west side of the A1A corridor where 150-160′ is the norm.
We will know the next steps for our HOA to take once the developer’s team decides whether to revise the plan or presents the current plan to the City’s Planning and Zoning Board later this month.
